A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SUNNYVALE AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 131-04, THE CITY’S SALARY RESOLUTION, BY AMENDING THE PAY SCHEDULE FOR PAY PLAN CATEGORY D/E (MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES)

          WHEREAS, by separate resolution, the City's Classification Plan has been amended to delete the classifications of Leisure Services Manager and Superintendent of Cultural Arts and add a new classification of Superintendent of Recreation for which a pay schedule must be added to the City's Salary Resolution;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SUNNYVALE THAT:

1.       AMENDMENT OF SALARY RESOLUTION.  Section 2.300 of Resolution No. 131-04 is hereby amended by modifying Pay Plan Category D/E (Management Employees) by deleting and adding the following classifications as set forth below:
