REPORT IN BRIEF

This item was to be heard by the Heritage Preservation Commission on September 21, 2005 and was rescheduled, due to lack of quorum, to the October 5, 2005 Heritage Preservation Commission meeting.  A formal continuance is recommended because notice of the Council hearing was made for September 27, 2005.  The revised Council hearing date needs to follow the Heritage Preservation Commission revised date in order to include their recommendation to Council.
