NOTE: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54953, Subdivision (b), this meeting will include teleconference participation by Vice Mayor Otto Lee from Intellectual Property Law Group,12 South First Street, 12th Floor, San Jose, California and Councilmember John Howe from the Renaissance Wailea Beach Resort, 3550 Wailea Alanui Drive, Wailea-Maui, Hawaii. This Notice and Agenda will be posted at the teleconference locations; public comment from such addresses shall be allowed.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Sunnyvale City Council is hereby called at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, April 24, 2006, in the City Hall – West Conference Room, 456 W. Olive Street, Sunnyvale.
