  • Rezone from M-S (Industrial & Service) to M-S/PD (Industrial & Service/Planned Development) Zoning District,
  • Special Development Permit to construct a new 22,682 square-foot shopping center.

 

REPORT IN BRIEF

A Planning Commission public hearing on this application was continued at the applicant’s request from March 27, 2006 to April 10, 2006 to allow for further discussion on the applicant’s proposal.  Staff recommends a continuance to the City Council meeting of April 25, 2006 in order to provide the Council with adequate feedback from the rescheduled Planning Commission meeting.
