Conference with City's real property negotiators pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 to discuss the terms of sale for real property located at Capella Way, Aries, Frances and Taafe Streets, Sunnyvale, California. The City's real property negotiators are Amy Chan, City Manager, and Robert Paternoster, Director of Community Development.

Award of Contract for Water and Wastewater Chemicals (F0511-34)
Staff Recommendation: Council takes the following action:
1. Award two one-year contracts for liquid chlorine and liquid sulfur dioxide in substantially the same form as the attached draft blanket purchase orders: one to Sierra Chemical Company, and one to Pioneer America, LLC and
2. Authorizes total expenditures under these two contracts up to the amount budgeted for liquid chlorine and liquid sulfur dioxide in Program 342.
