SUBJECT: 2005-0804 – Appeal of a decision by the Planning Commission to approve a Use Permit on a 1.4-acre site to allow a place of assembly (religious use) in an existing industrial building. The property is located at 539 East Weddell Drive in an M-S (Industrial & Service) Zoning District.
REPORT IN BRIEF
On November 28th, the Planning Commission decision of November 14th, 2005 to approve the proposal was appealed. A City Council public hearing was scheduled and noticed for January 10, 2006; however, there was an error in the notice. The item has been re-noticed for the meeting of January 24, 2006.

This item was previously noticed and recipients of that notice may rely on the original notice to attend the public hearing. A corrected notice was mailed on January 5, 2006. A continuance of this item to another public hearing provides official notification to the public relying on the original notice.
