Staff Recommendation:  Authority delegates determining evaluation criteria for homeless service providers submitting notices of interest in the Onizuka site to the Onizuka Local Redevelopment Authority’s Executive Committee. 

Authority Chair Swegles opened Public Comments.  No one wished to speak and Authority Chair Swegles closed Public Comments.

Authority Chair Swegles adjourned the Onizuka Local Redevelopment Authority at 8:12 p.m. in honor of Gene LeFevre.  Authority Chair Swegles reconvened the Council meeting for a special meeting – closed session at 8:20 p.m.
