SUBJECT: 2004-0169 – City of Sunnyvale Study Issue: To Consider Whether the Zoning Ordinance (Title 19) Allows for Sufficient Opportunity for Service Uses in the City.

REPORT IN BRIEF

A Planning Commission public hearing on this study issue was held on February 27, 2006. The study issue was advertised for the City Council meeting of March 21, 2006.  Staff recommends continuing this study to March 28, 2006 to reduce the number of public hearing items on the March 21, 2006 agenda.
