NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Sunnyvale City Council is hereby called for 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 18, 2006, in the Council Conference Room, City Hall, 456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale.

1. Call to Order (Open to the Public)
2. Roll Call
3. Convene Closed Session – The public may provide comments regarding the Closed Session item(s) just prior to the Council beginning the Closed Session. Closed Sessions are not open to the public.
   ·      Conference with City’s real property negotiators pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 to review price and terms of payment for City property located at Capella Way, Aries, Frances and Taaffe Streets, Sunnyvale, California.  The City’s real property negotiator is Amy Chan, City Manager.
4. Adjourn Special Meeting
