SUBJECT: Resolution of Intention to Levy and Collect Assessment for the Downtown Parking Maintenance District and Approval of the Preliminary Engineer's Report.

REPORT IN BRIEF

Staff requests a continuance to the scheduled City Council meeting of May 30, 2006 in order to provide the Council with a complete financial outlook in the Parking District Fund.

A notice regarding this item was previously sent to all property owners within the Downtown Parking District boundaries and continuance of this item in public hearing serves as official notification to the property owners.

RECOMMENDATION

Continue this item to May 30, 2006.
