Update on the Operation of Columbia Neighborhood Center and Proposed Revisions to the Agreement between City of Sunnyvale and Sunnyvale School District

Staff Recommendation: Council approves all revisions to the Agreement between City of Sunnyvale and Sunnyvale School District for the Operation of Columbia Neighborhood Center at the Columbia Middle School Site. The revisions will accurately reflect current operations and policies and provide clarity for future actions regarding Columbia Neighborhood Center. The revisions include extending the agreement for twenty years through 2026. At the meeting on November 2, 2006, the Sunnyvale School District Board of Education approved the revised Agreement.
