SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD AND COMMISSION INTERVIEWS

December 4, 2007

The City Council of the City of Sunnyvale met in a Special Meeting in the City Hall - West Conference Room, 456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, California. Vice Mayor Spitaleri called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m.

PUBLIC COMMENTS

Dixie Carney asked if there were applicants for the two vacancies on the Arts Commission. Council confirmed there were two applicants for the Arts Commission.

DISCUSSION

Vice Mayor Spitaleri announced that Mayor Lee is away on City business and his absence is excused.

After a brief discussion, Council directed staff to schedule appointments for Boards and Commission on Tuesday, December 11, 2007.

Councilmember Moylan thanked staff for including information on attendance records. Councilmember Hamilton requested that staff include information as to whether an applicant has applied for appointment previously, and if so, when and for what Board or Commission.

ADJOURNMENT

Vice Mayor Spitaleri adjourned the meeting at 6:33 p.m.
