Study Session Summary:
· 2008 IGR Assignments
Council reviewed their current 2007 IGR assignments and noted their interests in dis/continuing those assignments into 2008.
· 2008 NLC March Conference Update
Staff informed Council of the status of meeting requests for the upcoming NLC Congressional Cities Conference and updated Council on the preliminary schedule and the advocacy meeting scheduling process.
· Supervisor Liz Kniss Meeting Request
Staff informed Council of a request received by Santa Clara County Supervisor Liz Kniss to meet with Council to discuss various topics of interest. Council directed staff to schedule Supervisor Kniss’ visit for an upcoming study session.
