The Onizuka Local Redevelopment Authority met in study session at City Hall in the West Conference Room, Sunnyvale City Hall, at 456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, California on January 30, 2007 at 7:00 PM with Mayor Lee presiding.

Visitors/Guests Present: No member of the public was present.

Call to Order:  Meeting was called to order at 5:00 PM

Study Session Summary:

Staff updated the LRA on the status of the Onizuka Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) project, including review of the updated Overview Project Plan, Conceptual Organizational Structure, and the BRAC 2005 Property Screening Timeline.

Staff summarized and addressed questions regarding Report to the LRA #07-039, Onizuka BRAC -- Preliminary Review of Conditions of Property, and Notices of Interest Received (Information Only).
