The City Council met in study session at City Hall in the West Conference Room, 456 W. Olive Ave., Sunnyvale, California on July 17, 2007, at 5:30 p.m. with Mayor Lee presiding.

Study Session Summary:
Director Nguyen provided an overview of the webcasting project and its direction, including the intent and potential applications of webcasting. The session also included discussion of past Council direction, as well as requirements the City’s webcasting solution should meet. Director Nguyen then presented his recommendations to Council and answered their questions. Director Nguyen will develop and discuss an implementation plan of the recommended solution with City Manager Amy Chan, who will report its status to Council subsequently.
