DISCUSSION
During his interview, Mr. Gal Josefsberg amended his application (in priority order) to indicate his interest in the following additional boards and commissions: (3) Housing and Human Services Commission; (4) Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee; (5) Board of Building Code Appeals; (6) Child Care Advisory Board; (7) Board of Library Trustees; and (8) Heritage Preservation Commission.
Mayor Lee reminded Council that the 2007 Summer Appointments will be on the agenda for the Council meting of June 19, 2007. Following a brief discussion, Council clarified procedures for the June 19th Council meeting:
· Vacancies on Boards/Commissions will be considered in this order:
Planning Commission
Board of Library Trustees
Park and Recreation Commission
Arts Commission
Board of Building Code Appeals
Heritage Preservation Commission
Housing and Human Services Commission
Personnel Board
· Applicants for each Board/Commission vacancy will be considered in alphabetical order based on last name.
· When there are terms of varying length for a board/commission, appointments for the longest terms will be considered first.

Mayor Lee adjourned the meeting at 8:30 p.m.
