· Council approves the final map for Tract No. 9924 and authorizes the Mayor to sign the subdivision agreement after the developer has signed the map, submitted improvement securities, paid development fees, and submitted other documents deemed necessary by the Director of Public Works;
· Council authorizes the City Clerk to sign the City Clerk’s statement and Certificate of Abandonment as shown on the map; and
· Council directs the City Clerk to forward the final map for recordation.
