Equitable Adjustment to GreenTeam/Zanker Compensation Resulting from Materials Recovery Facility Construction Shutdown

The City Council met in study session at City Hall in the West Conference Room, Sunnyvale, California on February 26, 2008, with Vice Mayor Hamilton presiding.

Call to Order: 5:40 p.m.

 

Study Session Summary:  

Director Rose presented an overview of the equitable adjustment to GreenTeam/Zanker compensation resulting from the SMaRT Station Materials Recovery Facility construction shutdown.  Manager Bowers presented details regarding the background of the operating contract and incentives, the impact of the construction shutdown, the process by which the parties arrived at the equitable adjustment and the adjustment amount to be paid to GreenTeam/Zanker of Sunnyvale. 

 

Councilmembers’ questions were answered by staff.   

 

Vice Mayor Hamilton asked if there were questions or comments the public would like to present.  There were none.
