Study Session Summary:
Program Manager Bowers provided an update of policies and procedures to residential collection in reference to changes approved by Council in December 2006. Supervisor Kirby described the process used for the Cost of Service study conducted by the contractor, HF&H and presented details of the proposed rates.
Councilmembers and a member of the public asked questions, which were answered by staff.
