The City Council of the City of Sunnyvale met in a Special Meeting in the City Hall - West Conference Room, 456 West Olive Avenue, Sunnyvale, California. Mayor Spitaleri called the meeting to order at 5:32 p.m. |

BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS INTERVIEWS AS SCHEDULED
Council conducted interviews for the following boards and commissions:
- Arts Commission
- Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission
- Planning Commission
PUBLIC COMMENTS
None.
DISCUSSION
Mayor Spitaleri called the meeting to order and stated the absences of Councilmembers Howe, Lee, Swegles and Moylan are excused as they previously advised staff of conflicts with this date.
Vice Mayor Hamilton inquired if a list of the names of all the applicants could be provided to Council in one document with space provided for notes. City Clerk Borkowski advised staff will include a list with all applicant names in future interview packets.
City Clerk Borkowski advised Council that applications for Boards and Commissions received between now and the date of appointments will be forwarded to Council. City Clerk Borkowski reminded Council that according to Administrative Policy, interviews are not a required for appointment.
ADJOURNMENT
Vice Mayor Spitaleri adjourned the meeting at 6:25 p.m.
