Economic Interest Statements
Economic Interest Statements are reports from elected officials, candidates, and designated boards and commissions which are required annually or when assuming and leaving office.
All original documents are public information and available in the City Clerk's Office, (408) 730-7483, TDD (408) 730-7501, for review during regular business hours or may be provided at cost of 10 cents per page.
All Economic Interest Statements are in Adobe Acrobat format. In order to view them, you will need to have the free browser plugin, Adobe Acrobat Reader, available on Adobe's website. To ensure the integrity of these documents, each page is scanned and placed on this Website as submitted to the City Clerk.
