Plan Check/Permit Issuance Information
Commercial/industrial tenant improvement and remodel projects can typically be reviewed and issued over the counter at the One-Stop Permit Center between the hours of 8 a.m. and noon.
Additions and new construction are subject to a 21 day review (14 days for each resubmittal). Please refer to the Plan Check Requirements - Commerical/Industrial (PDF) which lists the various types of plans and supporting documentation that is required.
Permit and Plan History
Permits and plans for commercial/industrial buildings that have previously been issued and completed are stored and available for viewing at the One-Stop Permit Center. Please refer to the Archived Records Viewing for information on viewing and requesting copies of archived documents.
