Plan Check/Permit Issuance Information
Building permits for Residential repairs/remodels (no new square footage) and single story additions can typically be issued over the counter at the One-Stop Permit Center between the hours of 8 a.m. and noon.
Plans for new residential construction and second story additions can be submitted for a 21 day plan review (14 days for re-submittals). Please refer to the Plan Check Requirements - Residential (PDF) for the types and quantity of plans required for plan review.
