Concrete pouring is continuing in the Block 1 parking area, west of Target. The concrete has been poured for the basement level, and workers are now pouring the ground level while forms are being put in place for the first level.

The car ramp leads to the underground parking level while forms are being placed to build the first floor parking level of the garage west of Target.
