Employment Training Panel
The Employment Training Panel is a California State agency created in 1982 as a cooperative business-labor program to retrain workers. This employer-supported training is used to improve the economic climate by training new workers and retraining workers in danger of being laid off as a result of technological advancements in the workplace, and because of foreign and domestic competition.
