ENERGY WORKS PROGRAM
The Energy Works Program provides qualified low-income tenants free weatherization measures and energy-efficient appliances to reduce gas & electricity usage. For more information, click

FORECLOSURE RESOURCE
The City of Sunnyvale has compiled a list of resources for residents and tenants concerned about foreclosure, rescue scams and credit counseling.  

AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAMS
The City of
Sunnyvale provides affordable housing opportunities for very low to moderate individuals and families through various programs.

The City requires developers to contribute to the production of affordable housing.

 

HOUSING REHABILITATION LOANS AND GRANTS

Sunnyvale is also active in addressing issues of neighborhood quality by offering a variety of creative rehabilitation financing programs.

HOUSING AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION 

The Housing and Human Services Commission advises the City Council on affordable housing programs, policies, funding of outside groups and reviews Community Development Block Grant programs and priorities.
