The City of Sunnyvale Action Plan allocates Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME) funds, and program income funds.  These funds will be spent on public services, non-profit capital projects, rehabilitation of single and multi-family homes, the home access program, housing acquisition and new construction by non-profit housing development organizations.
