NEW! FIRST-TIME HOME BUYER (FTHB) LOAN PROGRAM
The new FTHB Loan Program provides silent second down payment assistance of up to $50,000 for eligible first-time buyers to purchase market-rate or below-market-rate homes in Sunnyvale. The program is available to all prospective first-time buyers who either live or work in Sunnyvale.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Applicants participating in our BMR program or applying for the FTHB Loan Program must attend a Fannie Mae-approved home buyer education class from a HUD-Certified housing counselor prior to receiving approval for assistance.
