A yellow tri-fold notice is given to the property owner giving a brief description of Sunnyvale Municipal Code violation(s) and a compliance deadline. |

Compliance Letter/Warning Letter |
A letter is given to the property owner explaining the violation(s) and a final compliance deadline. |

Step 5 |
Administrative Action |
Issued to property owners who fail to meet the required compliance deadline.
- Administrative Citation ($50.00 - $500.00 per day/per violation)
- Notice to Abate Unsafe or Unlawful Conditions – City staff and their agents replace, remove, or repair existing violation(s) at the property owner’s expense.
