APPLICATION INFORMATION

The Planning Division has several types of planning permits to review different types of activities.

Application Submittal Requirements

The following is a standard list of the application materials that may be required for your application submittal. Completed application form (Miscellaneous Plan Permit (MPP) Application Form ,
Public Hearing Application Form)
Written explanation of the project
Justifications (Variance Justifications, Use Permit/Special Development Permit Justifications )
Environmental Information Form (required for projects going to Planning Commission)
Stormwater Data Sheet

Plans (12 copies unless otherwise noted)

Site Plan (12 copies)
Floor Plan, existing and proposed (12 copies)
Elevations, existing and proposed for all four sides (12 copies)
11x17 copies of above plans for PC Hearings (12 copies)
Reductions: 8.5 x 11 sized reproductions of the above plans (2 copies)
Materials/color board and colored rendering
Project Data Sheet (Residential Projects or Commercial/Industrial Projects
Tree Survey and Protection Plan
Special Study (traffic, noise, etc. if needed)

· Topographic map with one-foot contours, proposed grading/drainage (2 copies)

· Reductions – 8 ½ x 11” legible plans (2 copies)
