· Completed application form (Miscellaneous Plan Permit (MPP) Application Form ,
· Public Hearing Application Form)
· Written explanation of the project
· Justifications (Variance Justifications, Use Permit/Special Development Permit Justifications )
· Environmental Information Form (required for projects going to Planning Commission)
· Stormwater Data Sheet
Plans (12 copies unless otherwise noted)
· Site Plan (12 copies)
· Floor Plan, existing and proposed (12 copies)
· Elevations, existing and proposed for all four sides (12 copies)
· 11x17 copies of above plans for PC Hearings (12 copies)
· Reductions: 8.5 x 11 sized reproductions of the above plans (2 copies)
· Materials/color board and colored rendering
· Project Data Sheet (Residential Projects or Commercial/Industrial Projects
· Tree Survey and Protection Plan
· Special Study (traffic, noise, etc. if needed)
· Applicable Fees
Special Requirements for Larger Projects
· Below Market Rate Unit Agreement
· Meeting with Arts Staff prior to application submittal
Subdivision Map Submittal Requirements (in addition to above)
- Tentative/Parcel Maps (26 full-size copies)
- Full Title Report (2 copes)
- Utility Plan information- locations/size/character (2 copies)
- Topographic map with one-foot contours, proposed grading/drainage (2 copies)
- Reductions – 8 ½ x 11” legible plans (2 copies)
