Site plans must include at minimum:
- Property Lines
- Outline of existing and proposed buildings
- Parking lots, driveways and parking spaces
- Buidling setbacks
- North arrow and scale
- Landscape areas
- Easements, if any
- Proposed off-site improvements (such as driveway approach, sidewalk, etc.)
- Existing and proposed utility service lines (if applicable)
- Existing and proposed fences or walls along property line
