Site plans must include at minimum:

• Property Lines
• Outline of existing and proposed buildings
• Parking lots, driveways and parking spaces
• Buidling setbacks
• North arrow and scale
• Landscape areas
• Easements, if any
• Proposed off-site improvements (such as driveway approach, sidewalk, etc.)
• Existing and proposed utility service lines (if applicable)
• Existing and proposed fences or walls along property line
