Moffett Park Specific Plan

Project Description

The Moffett Park Specific Plan Area is located in the northern most portion of the City of Sunnyvale, generally located northeast of Route 237 and U.S. Highway 101 interchange, bounded by the Smart Station and the City's Water Pollution Control Plant to the north; Route 237 to the South, Moffett Airfield to the west and Sunnyvale Baylands Park to the east.

The purpose of the Moffett Park Specific Plan is to provide a comprehensive long-term plan that anticipates future development needs as well as consideration of the City's general welfare and environmental issues. The Plan includes identification of area wide environmental issues, provides a streamlined review procedure and increases the allowable developable square footage in the planning area.
