The Community Development Housing Division offers affordable housing programs such as the Below Market Rate and First-Time Home Buyer Loan Programs, and home improvement loans and grants to low-income home owners and tenants. The Division leverages federally allocated funds through CDBG and HOME Investment Partnership Program to meet our housing goals.
