The Community Development Housing Division offers affordable housing programs such as the Below Market Rate programs, First-Time Home Buyer Loan Program and home improvement loans and grants to low income home owneres and tenants. The Division leverages federally allocated funds through CDBG and HOME Investment Partnership Program to meet our housing goals.
