HUD Programs

This Division administers the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME).  Federal funds allocated to the City by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.  These funds are used to fund affordable housing projects, community development programs, and public services to benefit  primarily low- and moderate-income residents.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC REVIEW PERIOD AND PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR
CONSOLIDATED PLAN 2013-2014 ACTION PLAN

This is to notify the general public and other interested parties that a 30-day public review period for the fourth Annual
Action Plan of Sunnyvale's 2010-15 Consolidated Plan will begin on April 12, 2013 and end on May 13, 2013.  The
draft Annual Action Plan describes the activities the city plans to undertake in Program Year 2013 using funds made
available through the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnerships (HOME)
Programs.  These activites are intended to meet Sunnyvale's affordable housing and community development needs, as
described in the Consolidated Plan.

1)     2013-14 & 2014-15 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program for Human Services.

2)     2013-14 CDBG and HOME Program Funding for Capital/Housing Projects.

*a fillable form will be available by January 25.
