Zoning Maps - Updated March 2008

Due to the size and complexity of Sunnyvale's Zoning Map, it has been broken down into four parts for viewing and downloading online.  If you need a copy of the Zoning Map in its entirety, please contact the Planning Division at (408) 730-7440.  The cost of the large-format (36 x 52) printed map is $57. A smaller version (11 x 17) is availble for $7.25.

  • Zoning Map - North of 101 - Contains industrial areas of Moffett Park and The Woods, as well as Lakewood residential area and other northern residential developments.  
  • Zoning Map - Between ECR and 101 - Industrial areas near Pastoria and Maude as well as Arques, Kifer and Lawrence.  Shows Downtown area and the western half of El Camino Real.
  • Zoning Map- Southwest Corner - Primarily residential area south of El Camino Real and west of Mathilda Avenue. 
  • Zoning Map - Southeast Corner - Primarily residential area south of Reed Avenue and east of Mathilda Avenue.  Contains eastern half of El Camino Real.

Community Condition Indicators

Community Condition Indicators provide an overview of the City activity in each department and/or service plus demographics. It also provides projected numbers for next fiscal year.
The Community Condition Indicators reflect the changes adopted by City Council at the May 8, 2007 Council meeting as part of the “Transitioning from a Growth to a Steady-State City” RTC #07-154. This CCI report was modified to support and address the issue of growth and its potential impact on the economic vitality and quality of life in Sunnyvale. The CCI report is for calendar year 2008.
