Zoning Maps - Updated March 2013 Due to the size and complexity of Sunnyvale's Zoning Map, it has been broken down into four parts for viewing and downloading online. If you need a copy of the Zoning Map in its entirety, please contact the Planning Division at 408-730-7440. The cost of the large-format (36 x 52) printed map is $57. A smaller version (11 x 17) is availablefor $7.25.
- Zoning Map - North of 101 - Contains industrial areas of Moffett Park and The Woods, as well as Lakewood residential area and other northern residential developments.
- Zoning Map - Between ECR and 101 - Industrial areas near Pastoria and Maude as well as Arques, Kifer and Lawrence. Shows Downtown area and the western half of El Camino Real.
- Zoning Map- Southwest Corner - Primarily residential area south of El Camino Real and west of Mathilda Avenue.
- Zoning Map - Southeast Corner - Primarily residential area south of Reed Avenue and east of Mathilda Avenue. Contains eastern half of El Camino Real.
