The E-OneStop, which offers on-line building permit services include E-Permits, building inspection scheduling, building plan check status, building permit history, and zoning information. All of these services are provided entirely on-line without having to visit or contact the One-Stop Permit Center.
One-Stop Permit Center
The One-Stop Permit Center, established in 1985, is the first of its kind, providing fast and convenient development related services including obtaining permits, licenses, information of developing properties and operating businesses in Sunnyvale. The One-Stop Center is supported by a City Staff team with members from the Community Development, Public Works and Public Safety Departments. The team effort by all of these departments results in fast and convenient services. Some of the services provided are:
- Coordinated customer contacts with appropriate staff representatives
- Related development services in a central location
- Streamlined permitting process
- Plan checks and permit issuance combined in one location
Through the One-Stop Permit Center, the City of Sunnyvale is able to provide streamlined plan review and building permit issuance with over 90% of all building permits issued at the counter.
