Washington Park Pool, constructed in 1955, is located at 255 S. Pastoria Ave. This 210,000 gallon pool measures 100’ by 40’ at the deep end, and opens up to 80’ at the shallow end of the pool, forming a trapezoidal shape. Pool depth ranges from 2.5’ to 12’. Washington Park Pool opens for limited swim lesson and water exercise usage in April of each year. The summer season begins in late June, with swim lessons and recreation swim running through mid-August, and the Fall program lasts through the end of September, focusing again on swim lessons and water exercise.
