Register now!
Backyard and worm composting bins will be available for purchase following each workshop so you can start composting right away! Red worms are also available for sale after the workshop for those who prefer vermi-composting to backyard composting. 

Extra Dumping Weekends
For 8 days each year, Sunnyvale residents may dispose of extra trash at the SMaRT Station and pay no tipping fees. If you're a single-family resident customer, there is an alternative to hauling trash to the SMaRT Station during Extra Dumping Weekends. Schedule an On-Call Collection appointment for convenient curbside pick up of extra trash at no additional charge.

Household Hazardous Waste Drop-off events are held every third Saturday, January through November, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 164 Carl Road, Sunnyvale.
