Master Fee Schedule

Annually, the Finance Department submits the proposed fees and charges for the upcoming fiscal year to the City Council along with the recommended budget. A public hearing is held on fees and other budget-related items, followed by formal action adopting the new fee levels. Most new rates become effective at the start of the new fiscal year on July 1, 2007. Development fees become effective 60 days after adoption.
