The Financial Management and Analysis Division includes the Chief Financial Officer’s duties, management of the central administrative staff, and the fiduciary audit function. In addition to normal administrative and management functions, this division administers a number of revenue producing functions, including tracking development fees. The tracking efforts have ensured several hundred thousand dollars of revenue each year are received by the City. In the same vein, the fiduciary audits performed or managed have saved operational dollars and eliminated future liabilities. Beginning in late FY 2009/2010, this division began providing the financial and administrative functions associated with the Sunnyvale Redevelopment Agency.
