ABATEMENT OF POLITICAL SIGNS

The procedure for the abatement of non-complying signs is as follows:

   1.    Signs which are deemed unsafe and of immediate peril to persons or property will be removed by the City immediately.

   2.    If we are unable to contact the “person erecting signs” on this statement for other non-complying signs, we will contact the property owner to gain compliance.  We would like to work with you and, therefore, request you volunteer the following information:
