Community Liaison Service
Sunnyvale is committed to providing high quality customer service. The Community Liaison Service supports this commitment by assisting residents who may not know exactly where to start to address an issue or concern.
The Community Liaison:
- Links community members to City services,
- Addresses residents' questions, concerns, and complaints,
- Helps to evaluate various options to address issues,
- Answers questions or find others who can,
- Explains City policies and procedures,
- Facilitates collaboration between City departments to address issues, and
- Advises community members about steps to address concerns on their own when feasible.
