What opportunities are available? Please click on "Volunteer Opportunities" in the upper right corner of each volunteer web page to check out our current listings.  Each listing includes the department or agency that needs your help and what skills and qualifications are required.

How much time does it take? You can choose to volunteer once a week or once a year.  Most regular volunteer opportunities are scheduled Monday through Friday, while special events may occur on weekends.  Many volunteer opportunities require a time commitment of 6 months. 

Do I need a special clearance?  Some volunteer positions require the volunteers to be fingerprinted.  This may take up to a month to complete. 

Ready to get involved?  Click on the "Volunteer Application" in the upper right corner of any volunteer page.  Please fill out the form completely and press the "submit" button.
