Sudoku: No Need to Know
Math, Just Logic
Ever wonder why
there is a world craze
over the Sudoku
number game? As
our brain gets older,
it becomes smaller
with less neurons,
which in turn can
result in neurological problems, including
Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease,
dementia, etc. This can possibly be slowed
by using your brain more and SUDOKU
is one such trick. Join Dr. Mahipal
Ghemawat as he instructs you in the basics
of how to play Sudoku and will give you
some special tricks. Sudoku is a great way
for you to exercise your mind and keep
it in good health. If you are interested in
attending a FREE Sudoku Workshop, call
the Senior Center at (408) 730-7360 or
drop by the front desk.
