Parking Regulations Overview

It is unlawful to park a vehicle upon any public roadway to display it for sale.

After 72 consecutive hours (3 days) an inoperable vehicle, or licensed and operable vehicle must be moved.  Inoperable vehicles must be relocated to a garage or other enclosed area out of public view.

Vehicles should be parked so they do not block the sidewalk, or driveways.  Reserving, or charging for parking on City streets in front of private property is not permitted.

Parking of vehicles on front lawns is not permitted.  All vehicles must be parked on a permanent paved surface such as cement, asphalt, or other approved stabilized permanent surface.  The entire vehicle must be parked on a permanent paved surface, not just the tires.

Violators of City municipal vehicle codes will be subject to a citation and/or tow.
