Offender Registration
Individuals convicted of certain crimes much register with their local law enforcement agency. If you are a resident of Sunnyvale and have been ordered to register as an Offender under the authority of:
- 290 PC – Sexual Offense
- 11590 HS – Narcotic Offender
- 457.1 PC Arson Offender
- 186.30 PC Gang Member
you must come to the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety to comply with this requirement. The registration procedure will include taking a set of finderprints and photographs before being issued your temporary registrant ID card
Registrants must bring a photo ID!
