Earn Your High School Diploma

Get the education and career skills you need to succeed! The Library is partnering with the California State Library and Gale, part of Cengage Learning, to offer adults the opportunity to earn an accredited high school diploma and career certificate online through Career Online High School.

Sunnyvale Public Library has been awarded a grant to be one of the first public libraries to publish its own eBook. Visit this page for more information about this initiative and to find out how you can participate.

Homebound Delivery

Are you homebound or know someone who is?  You can call the library to make arrangements to have library materials delivered to your home.

National Library Week

Every year, the National Library Association names one week in April "National Library Week." Sunnyvale Public Library holds special activities every year during this time.

ESL Conversation Groups

Want to practice your English?  Come to an ESL Conversation Group meeting on Fridays at 11 a.m.  No registration is necessary, just come prepared to speak English!

Discover & Go

Looking for a free, fun, educational outing for the family or an excursion for out-of-town guests? Sunnyvale Public Library has joined with other libraries to offer Discover & Go passes for Library cardholders to many Northern California museums and cultural institutions. Sunnyvale Library cardholders may print free or discounted passes online for specific museums.

Mystery Book Group

Take part in a lively discussion about a mystery. The group meets the second Monday of each month at 7 p.m. All adults are welcome.
