Amended and Restated Disposition, Development and Owner Participation Agreement (ARDDOPA)

New Town Center ARDDOPA Coming to City Council

City Council is scheduled to review a proposed new Amended and Restated Disposition, Development, and Owner
Participation Agreement (ARDDOPA) for the Town Center redevelopment project at their next meeting, Tuesday, May 11. The ARDDOPA is the agreement between the City and the redevelopment site developer. The new ARDDOPA will be between the City and Jerry Hunt of the Quattro Realty Group, the court-appointed receiver for the project. The meeting, to be held in City Council Chambers, 456 W. Olive Ave., begins at 7 p.m., and will be broadcast on KSUN-15, available on Comcast cable in Sunnyvale, and on the Internet at Webcasting.inSunnyvale.com.
