How do I submit an event to add to the calendar?
Send us an e-mail with the required information: Date, time, event name, brief description, contact name, email, phone number and any attachments. Please notify us at least 7 days prior to your event. Postings are subject to approval. In addition to City-sponsored events, the Community Events Calendar may include non City-sponsored, non-profit events. Events posted to this calendar do not necessarily imply endorsement by the City of Sunnyvale. The calendar serves as an information-only resource for the Sunnyvale community.
Having a Special Event in Sunnyvale?

NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR THE COMMUNITY EVENTS GRANT PROGRAM
The City of Sunnyvale Community Events Grant Program is now accepting applications for events occurring between July 2017 to June 2018. Through this program, grant funds are provided to nonprofit or not-for-profit organizations planning to host a free and open to the public community event in Sunnyvale. See the documents below for more information about the program and to determine if your group qualifies.
Applications are due by Friday April 7, 2017 by 5 p.m.
