How do I submit an event to add to the calendar?
Send us an e-mail with the required information: Date, time, event name, brief description, contact name, email, phone number and any attachments. Please notify us at least 7 days prior to your event. Postings are subject to approval. In addition to City-sponsored events, the Community Events Calendar may include non City-sponsored, non-profit events. Events posted to this calendar do not necessarily imply endorsement by the City of Sunnyvale. The calendar serves as an information-only resource for the Sunnyvale community.

Community Event Grants - Now Accepting Applications
Are you planning a community event in Sunnyvale? If so, your organization may qualify for a Community Event Grant.
The City is now accepting grant applications for events which are open to the public, offer free admission and have the ability to draw attendees from throughout Sunnyvale. Applicants must be non-profit or not-for profit organizations, but not necessarily based in Sunnyvale. Event must occur within the City boundaries and organizers of new events are encouraged to apply!
The application deadline is Friday, May 16. Grant funding decisions are subject to City Council approval. The full program details and a downloadable application are posted below:
