Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) 1-888-690-2274 - toll free Air District Vehicle Buy Back Program (UBB) will pay $650 for an operating and registered 1985 or older vehicle. Vehicle dismantlers contracted by the Air District will scrap the vehicles. See web site or call for details.
